At Simply Greek by Wynnberry, chef Diana shares her love for the iconic flavors of her home country Greece. After operating a cafe in Dubai for 5 years, she brought her cooking talents to Florida where she serves up gyro sandwiches, spinach pies, Greek salads, lemon chicken soup and more. Diana prepares traditional Greek dishes from scratch using time-honored recipes she grew up with. Every bite bursts with the herbs, spices, olive oil and ingredients that define the cuisine. From her custom-built food truck, Diana makes it easy to get a taste of genuine Greek food wherever she goes.
