Chef Colin has been delighting taste buds for 35 years, including 20 as Executive Chef at Riverwood Golf Club, while Dave has spent three decades perfecting his smoking techniques. Together they serve up signature sandwiches, smoked meats, and customized catering options from their mobile kitchen for any event. With a menu tailored to individual tastes and a passion for wowing customers with flavorful food, Chef Colin and Dave aim to make your party or meal a smoky success.
